Good Backup Replacement Earpiece

The Good:
+1. Works with Motorola plug style radios.
+2. Replaces a broken earpiece set.
+3. Good microphone pickup.
+4. Fits comfortably.
+5. Easy to use PTT system.

The Bad:>-1. Earphone volume is still too low on MAX volume. The less expensive universal sets are louder.
