Amazing product when used when seasoning my food. I can tell the difference compared to other curry seasoning. It gives the food a whole different taste it's not overpowering and doesn't leave a bitter aftertaste. I've used it tuna,chicken,shoulder steaks,pork loin steaks makerel and salmon.
