The NEC PC Engine and interface unit are amazing products, sleek and compact design.
The interface unity allows for the CDRom2 to work, as well as to change the video output to a more general RCA, so this would be a must for the general consumer.
The interface unit uses a different power chord than the NEC PC Engine itself, as being a Japanese system this is a bit more concerning. The power input chord positive/negative alignment is different than the United States power chords, so a specific chord will need to be purchased or edited for it. Great system.Read full review

Unique Console!

This console is AWESOME! It is actually an 8-bit console, but allows more colors and definition than other 8-bit consoles. It almost looks like 16-bit graphics. The console is very small and convenient and the controller is really cool due to having turbo settings and it's comfortable. The games are little cards called Hucards and are about the size of a credit card. Very cool and really fun games for the system. Definitely a must for gamers!Read full review

This system is amazing! The graphics are superb. 16 Bit graphics on an 8 Bit machine. Plus the flat controllers are just a bit wider than an NES controller and provides ease and comfort to your gaming. Less hand cramping. I would definitely recommend trying out the PC Engine.Read full review
