I've found that when using this product my nails grow like weeds, and although not as noticeable as my nails, my hair also grows and seems to be a bit healthier. As for my skin, i cannot say. I love the way these taste. It's better than swallowing a pill. I noticed some results while taking biotin. My hair wouldn't grow on one side but biotin did the trick.
