I have used it for a month and definitely noticed a difference in body definition, I am more toned now and have dropped 4 lbs. I think it's giving me Energy

This is my second bottle. I have not had major weight loss yet but I believe it is giving me the much needed energy I've been needing! Usually if I have had a long day, there is no way I would want to go walk three or four miles. But lately I have had the energy to stick to my walking routine. To be fair, I didn't stick to any eating regimine with the first bottle and saw energy increase but with this bottle I have lost 3 lbs in four days coming off of my sweet tooth Thanksgiving!
