Does exactly as claims. Little bit of a learning curve. Follow the instructions on its use and you'll have it down in no time. Shocking as to how well it works. Used a netti pot before and there's no comparison. The navage will clean your nasal cavities, amazing what comes out. Not crazy about excess liquid that still comes out after machine is off, but believe it's my fault for still being new at this.
