Bad purchase

I have bought 3 scanners from Ebsy and all did not work. I have had 5 neat scanners one brand new and 4 from EBay. Of the 4 only one worked. I still have the last three.

Nice scanner but trouble with function

Purchased to use the neat app with but found that the neat app was no longer functional. Scanner worked well but the software leaves a lot to be desired.
