I quit smoking 35 days ago. I started using these when I craved a cigarette. I put the mini tablet under my tongue and go on with my day. At first I needed to have on under my tongue most of the time. I did notice that I wanted to eat food more often when I quit smoking but if I put one of these in my mouth the craving to eat went away. So far I haven't gain any weight and I haven't smoked for 35 days. I don't use as many tablets as I did at first. I use about 4-5 in 24 hours now and that is decreasing as the cravings aren't so often anymore. These tablets have made it pretty comfortable not smoking. Time To Stop

Ok, so I choose this product to work along side the nicoderm patch. Based on my smoking 1.5 packs a day. I found the 4mg tablet to be very strong, too strong for me.
