Decent Camera for Outdoors.

Pretty good for outside pictures with lots of light. But, the slow lens makes quality low light photos difficult. Flash does not cover entire left side of frame on pictures taken around 3 feet. Have not tried it underwater yet, the reason I got it. Should be good for hiking.Read full review

Awsome camera for water!!

Fantastic camera for water time, mosly the time I used more for water, and I'am ready used to many times in pools and waterfalls rivers, and still works fantastic, the photo quality is not really great to grain for me, for the water photos, once I edit the photos that problem goes away, the other settings I'am not trying yet for the camera, to see how the quality of the photos are with the other settings?? But I don't care to much about that because for the only reason I need the camera is for water, and that's why I buy the camera for water purposes, I will tray later the other pictures settings how the quality it is, but for now I'am very please with this camera because works so far fantastic for me and for what I need, without any problems yet, and I hopefully still works like that for long time:)Read full review

Durable camera and it takes really great photos in bad weather.

This is my 6th Nikon AW series camera. The AW100 is the one I keep coming back to because of reliability and it is a super durable camera. I use them in crawlspaces and attics and drop them a lot so my camera has to be durable. The reason I am on number 6 is because after a year or so of dropping them and being horrible to them I have to buy another one. Great camera. best vacation camera to date

I have had many of these and find they do all I would want a camera to do, and I am a professional artist who exhibits in galleries. ultra wide to medium telephoto. my current model is the AW130, but I prefer the AW110, as it can hold a polarizing filter. so small it will fit in your pants pocket, weather proof even going deep underwater and capable of images as large as 16 by 20 inches. the only drawback for me is as an idiot camera it is hard to manually control in special circumstances.

Useful GPS for travel

Bought it for street level GPS, world wide, don't have to go to separate program for latitude, longitude.. Seems to do that very well at least locally. Images are very satisfactory, although I will use a DSLR after establishing a location on this camera so I can avoid making written notes.Read full review
