Berberine is a good supplement to reduce sugar levels.

Bigger Isn't Always Better

My only issue is the capsules are fairly BIG and are a bit challenging to swallow for me (pls note, I usually take daily many vitamin pills of many varieties without so much as a sip of water -- but not so with these huge pills!)

So, being as I am -- a bit of a health freak -- I'm going to keep taking them & reordering them for myself, but not for my spouse. She nearly chokes each time she tries to take one.
