Best instant coffee I've tasted not bitter or acidic very nice taste only dislike is the jar the lid is not a screw on lid it opens and closes on a quarter turn so if you're going to take this with you on a road trip my advice is to tape the jar lid down or transfer your coffee into a mason jar or something with a more secure lid or put it in a ziplock because the factory jar opens very very easily other then the jar this is the best tasting instant coffee I've ever hadRead full review
