Downstream O2 sensor
i recently had to replace my catalytic converter on my 01 Accord so as a precaution I replaced the sensor mentioned in this review and the other O2 sensor before the cat. when it comes to Honda its best to use the same brand parts that the car comes with which is usually Denso brand O2 sensors.
The sensor was a perfect fit and the wire was the correct length needed and they even included anti seize for it. This is a great buy if you can't afford dealer prices for Honda genuine partsRead full review

Stick with OEM for F22A1 motor
Bought this for my 1993 Accord. After installing I went from a 17mpg (on the old O2 sensor) to around 10mpg (on the new Denso). After doing research online and Honda forums I found out this particular O2 sensor is for the F22A6 motor and not the F22A1 motor. While it did fit with no problem this particular O2 sensor is not made for my engine or ECU. That should be something they mention in the ads if your gonna be selling auto parts and not just assume the buyer knows the difference.
Anyways, bought the OEM Bosch brand and it's back to running normal.Read full review

Satisfied. But Be Aware of Two Things
I installed this on a whim. I've been having a car issue, and took a shot on replacing the O2 sensor in my 2001 civic.
There have been questions about whether Denso or NTK is OEM for my vehicle. I can tell you now that OEM is NTK (NGK). The Denso sensor works fine, but it doesn't have the rubber piece you squeeze into the mount that the original had. I folded the excess wire up, and zip tied it to the mounting area to make it work, but it's fine I think. The Denso is for my downstream cat sensor.
I just installed the Upstream sensor, but got NTK for that one. The NTK had both rubber pieces, and fit exactly in the original mounting positions just like OEM.
Careful when you replace this sensor. I wasn't getting a check engine light before. I had tripped it a few months back, but it hadn't come back for over 4 months. As soon as I installed this sensor, I got a catalytic converter light. The old sensor probably wasn't reading it correctly.
Getting a cat light will cause you to fail emissions testing. So be aware of what you're doing. The secondary downstream sensor doesn't really do anything other than trip a CEL when it's readings are off. Read full review
