The card and plastic is perforated between each battery so you can tear off one without opening the package. The small individual cards are great if you want to keep a spare with whatever device it's powering. Love a bargain
So glad I found this 6 pack of batteries on ebay. I use this particular type in a little flickering votive. They(the votives) are more expensive and require the CR2450 button battery.

I tested the voltage of each battery. They were all around 3.2 volts +/- .04. I think that's pretty good quality, especially considering the low price.
