Great Choice

having had to change to gluten free diet, I fed up off paying the ridiculous prices for bread, so bought the Panasonic ZX2522. Had to tweak the recipe, but I found adding some plain flour and xanthan gum gave the bread the texture I liked. I always liked fresh bread, but didn't have the time to make it every day, now I have fresh bread every day and my wife going to try the jam making feature. Best Bread Ever.

I have previously owned the 2502 Panasonic breadmaker which sadly died and I have put off buying another one. But after weeks of research I decided to purchase a new one which was this one. And boy am I pleased I did. The bread is lovely and soft and well blended and tastes delicious. I am looking for rye flour so I can make the sour dough starter and then make the rustic sourdough loaf which is why I bought it in the first place. The best word I can use to describe this Breadmaker is Fantastic ! it's not exactly small neither is it cheap but it bakes bread perfectly which is what it's all about.
I've found the recipes to be spot on creating the perfect loaf every time with the minimum of work.
