Takes the strain off wrists

Great product. Surprisingly solid grip on the floor giving confidence the units will not slide. The rotation while doing pushups helps stabilize you during exercise and reduce strain. Love them!

Only suggestion is handles need padding, I used 1" foam rubber water pipe insulation that you can get any Home Depot.

Had a slight problem with the clip the turns it, but it was brand new so the plastic (extra) mold was their, a slight nudge with my knife and it worked perfectly. (Shows you how new it is, lol)
