Leaves white residue, horrible
I am used to using Plexederm for my puffy eyes but it is very pricey. I bought this product after seeing it on Tik Tok. When I went to order, it was sold out everywhere. I then found it on here for twice as much. Well I bought it anyway and regretted it. You can feel it tightening but it leaves a white residue that is very noticeable in direct sunlight. Nothing to brag about
I think the product stinks it leaves a white film around ur eyes it’s really annoying looks like crud.. u must use something damp to get rid of it and by then you’ve wiped the cream off of u.. I don’t see the purpose at all in this product.. Read full review

Hard to work with, and film left no matter what!
Well, the product does work, but it leaves a residue no matter how little you use. I can not get it to work with any makeup before or after using. If I wear no makeup at all, it does shrink the bags under my eyes, but then there is no reason to use as I can't go anywhere. I have pretty much tried everything I know how to do, moisturizer, water. Works great when you get the technique right -- tips included!
It takes a little practice, but once you get it down it works great! Get the brush. I have seen people complaining about it not working with moisturizer or liquid foundation. The trick is to put that on first, then put on FirmX on afterwards. This is what I have found works for me:
-Put on moisturizer/make up first.
-We the brush & wipe it on a towel first so it only slightly damp.
-Shake the bottle well (or squish it around to make sure it gets mixed).
-Squeeze a little bit out of the tip ~ 1/16" and put it on the brush
-Follow the rest of the instructions (don't move your face, how long, etc.)
I sometimes use Bare Minerals and do that after applying FirmX, brushing very lightly around the eyes.

Leaves residue, feels too dry
Although I like the results immediately after its applied, within less than an hour, my under eyes feel too dry and tight but also leaves white residue/flaking, even though I wipe the excess off after the initial application after it's dried.
