Pioneer avh-x7800bt head unit

This head unit does everything you could possibly want a head unit to do. I've been messin with car audio since I was 10 and there's always been something left to desire about a head unit. Whether it be better audio control section (bass, mid, treble) or better crossovers. Better control of the subwoofer or more accuratevolume control of the whole system. This stereo has left nothing to desire. They literally left no stone unturned. The crossover is fantastic! You could make an average sounding system sound great with that alone. The amount of control you get in network mode with the crossover is unparalleled I think, by any other radio I've EVER seen. Wirh up to 24 db per octave slopes on the mid and high side and 36 db per octave on the sub. Independent volume controls on every set of speakers in network mode anyway. I don't know much about standard mode because network mode is the only way to have a truly sonically magnificent sounding stereo. In network mode the unit dedicates front rca's to the highs, rear to the mids and subpf course stay to the sub. But with it set like that you also independent crossovers for each and the mids run on an awesome bandpass c/o. And they didn't stop there. They also added a 13 band eq that's just as good if not better than the old deq they used to sell. I have a deq-9200, I know what I'm talkin about. On top of that, the subwoofer section seemed to make my system come alive. I've heard epicenrers before, but never owned one. This has to compare to that. It almost seems like it reconstructs the sound internally. Idk but my subs hit hard as hell now. There's also a bass boost section that adds another dimension to your sound. It's like its taking the sound in and making it heavier, thicker and harder hitting. The punch of the low end alone with kick drums on rock is incredible. I have a set of sundown E series 15's on a skar rp 2000.1d. Nothing changed aside from the head unit. These subs sound so super good now compared to before. It's amazing what a truly awesome product pioneer has engineered here with this head unit. It also has all the bells and whistles. Pandora, Bluetooth, spotify, hands free calling, screen mirroring and more. I would recommend this head unit to anyone and everyone. It's the best head unit I've ever has the pleasure of using. There's just not much left out on this one and I'd recommend it to every person seeking total control of their car stereo. And thank you pioneer for building the impossible. USB drive functionality w/Smartphone at same time is my only issue

Sadly this system doesn't allow a Bluetooth smartphone to be connected at the same time as being able to play your music from your usb drive. It's one or the other.(maybe an update to firmware may allow this, I haven't checked yet) However the bluetooth smartphone functionality is amazing and I would rather use it anyways.
