The product I received was flawed. It does not state the number of hours left until it needs a charge as I know this model does, because I have one. Also, on/off is unusually difficult.

Got 2 of these for the wife and I. Ear piece is really comfortable, super easy to use, and works very well with smart phones and "Hey Google" commands. If you like Tech, and want something that's easy to use, sync to your phone, and the clarity is 2nd to none. You can hear very well, no buzzing or drone noise, no issues with wind noise, and you can sync it to 2 phones if you want.
