Great side/flush cutters for fine work. Have used them for years!
Keep the work to be cut small (less than 0,040" diameter for copper) since the maximum opening is only 3/8".. Originally designed for flush cutting PCB leads after soldering ( wear safety glasses to protect against flying cut pieces) and do not use on static-sensitive devices unless they are cut very slowly to avoid static discharge).. Great for jewelry and other soft metals but do not use for any steel or harder wire- even when thin or the cutting edge edge will be damaged. The cutting edge can be filed sharp when in the closed position. When sharp, these cutters can be used for cutting nylon ties, cord or even cuticles and finger/toe nails!Read full review

Good cutters for the price

These are nice cutters for the price. They aren't perfect but you'll have to spend quite a bit more money to get just a bit better. They cut Kanthal wire up to 24g and down to 34g just fine. That's what I use them for and would easily buy them again for that. Read full review

Arrived early but...

The wire cutters arrived a day early, which is always great when ordering online, they came neatly packaged. For the price of these it's definitely worth is, the only problem I found with it is that some spots on the blades wont cut all the way through if you're using closer to the tip, I was trying to cut a piece of 24 aug kanthal and there is now a small indent on the blades. The back of the cutter blades however are fantastic, I will be recommending these to all of my friends and family that vape or are getting into vaping.Read full review
