Good Value. For a good game.

I bought this game because I miss playing it when I was younger around the time when it first came out. I was surprised to see it had become a collector Game and the price increased exponentially. I found this one for a lower price than most competitors and hoped it wasn't a scam. I bought it now and waited about 2 weeks for it arrive and was happy when I finally received the package. It came in a manilla envelope with only the game cart inside. The game cart Wasn't damaged and still had a save on it. I. Decided to continue Rob's Legacy and complete the final 4 for the 18th time which he was saved in the middle of. Highly satisfied. Would recommend. Read full review

I bought this game just so I could play soul silver, and when it came in I was excited, but when I insert it into my Dsi it won’t always read the game and will sometimes crash on me. It isnt the Game consoles problem because it reads all my other games just fine Read full review

A Nostalgic classic gets a well deserved facelift!

Pokemon Gold for the original Gameboy was my first introduction to Pokemon and Crystal on Gameboy Color was my first owned game so finding out that they had remakes with improved graphics and even MORE Pokemon to find was a dream come true! Just be careful when buying because there are a LOT of Chinese bootlegs that will NOT work with the Pokewalker (if you have one) that was released with the original Heart Gold and Soul Silver games. All in all, a fantastic game to own and a sheer delight to play!
Even more fun to be had is that HG and SS are compatible with the generation 4 Pokemon games Diamond, Pearl and Platinum so you can trade otherwise unobtainable Pokemon from one game to the other! AWESOME!!!Read full review

Perfect! My nostalgia is on fire!

I don’t usually write reviews so I’ll get to the point. If you want a good Pokémon game that delivers content made with passion and love; then look no where else people Pokémon Heartgold and Soulsilver are the second last generation of Pokémon to be made for the fans. As of recent (11/17/20) we have Pokémon Sword and Shield and as an avid Pokémon fan from the 90s; I’d say you will get your money’s worth playing this game over it! 👍🏼 Games value as of this review is about $80-90. Item is amazing

This is one of the best purchase that I’ve made. I wasn’t expecting it to come so early when I opened my mailbox! I don’t own the game when it first came out so I can’t compare. However, just from the look of it it is in amazing condition! The instruction booklet look like new (Although I don’t read them very much I hate booklet with folded corner) and the packaging(the box thingy) is in great condition, there are hardly any scratches.

I also really appreciate the effort in packaging this. Everything is bubble wrapped and taped.

Tested the game and it works well.

Nintendo and Game Freak did something devious:

Game Freak did more than give the experience a new coat of paint with the 3D engine from Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum; they also added things to discover during the massive quest. Most importantly, the new Pokewalker gadget brings a welcome twist to the familiar franchise, making HeartGold and SoulSilver a bit more attractive to those who've already experienced the series several times over the last 14 years.Read full review

Top 3 Greatest Pokemon Games Ever Made

One of the best remakes and one of the best Pokemon games ever made. It's a shame it didn't come out just a few years later. There's been many quality of life improvements made to the series (Exp all, box access, etc.) that would have made this the undisputed best Pokemon game. It's only real problem is that it is a little grindy compared to new games, and it's a heck of process getting these Pokemon you train in this version to newer versions.Read full review

After wanting the event Pokémon and many others for so long but, alas I don’t have a time machine, so that idea was out the window, so I had to look for alternatives.
When ordering this, I was skeptical due to other reviews but, either way, I took a chance and it even arrived sooner than expected!
Once I booted it up, it had everything listed in the description! However you should consider this, when transferring these Pokémon , some didn’t transfer due to the idea, the game recognizes that you can’t have a lvl 5 Lugia Shiny, so keep that in mind with your purchase. Most with transfer, just some won’t, as in the legendaries simply won’t if that’s the problem. Other than that, you get everything you want and the game is legit! Read full review

I fist played Pokemon Silver on my gameboy colour at 5 years old. This game is a wonderful remake of that game. It captures the best parts of the original game and adds some new modern upgrades.
