Very good product
This is my 2nd one. I had the first for 2 years and it was still as good as new making great coffee. But then someone dropped it on hard floors and it shattered, so this was replacement. It has been plenty sturdy, and even though plastic ones wouldn't be as vulnerable to break, there is no concern with glass, but plastic storing my coffee for days on end concerns me. So I prefer this product. Most importantly, it makes great ice coffee, and its super easy to use.Read full review

It broke before I even go to use it.
It broke in the first 5 minutes I owned it.
I inserted the filter, and the bottom snapped, spilling water and coffee alll over the refrigerator.
Beleive be, I did not use excessive force. I am a mechanical Engineer and I understand these things.
Could not be more flimsy.
