I had one of these before and it worked so well that I purchased another. I have found this Combo unit useful for a wide variety of internal structural problems (i.e., bone aches, nerve pains, and sore muscles). For example, I needed a mid-back fusion and prior to that, this unit was the only thing that eased the pain. Whenever I overdo on exercise or work, this unit is excellent in relaxing muscles. I also had a shoulder situation in which I had a nerve pinched. This unit was excellent in relieving the nerve pain.

Pros: This has multiple program modes for both chronic pain such as bones, nerve and muscle pains. Each mode has both intensity and timer settings. The screen is easy to read and the buttons are user friendly. The unit is well built and can stand a relative amount of abuse (at least by me). The price is very reasonable for the pain relief obtained. Much better than medication. Pads are readily available.

Cons: Occasionally the unit will not increase the intensity. This may be my own problem, a pad is not secure, but there is no way to tell.

Overall, the price is excellent and the unit works wonderful. I would strongly recommend this unit for anyone suffering chronic bone, nerve, or muscle pain.Read full review

Unreliable impulses

My unit gives sporadic impulse messages which are very faint most of the time with a few moments of specified intensity. I am used to a totally different Tens experience. I will contact Pure to voice my concerns. Read full review
