Software got my Epson Artisan 800 up and Running, again.
The Epson Artisan 800 has been a printer loaded with quirks. While it does an excellent job of photo printing, it has been a royal pain to keep it going. After receiving an error message telling me my ink pads had reached the end of their useful life and to call Epson for service, I was able to reset the software counter in the printer with this fix and get the printer to work again without an expensive service call or having to replace the printer.Read full review

Words cant explain for the tech I had. He went out of his way to get my printer working. With not real good with computer It was a blessing to get him. I will definitely use this company again if need their products.
