love this book

I loved the TV series so much I spend a lot of time in Spain and love the food so now I can cook it , The illusrations are lovey you could almost be there . I have a few of Rick, s books and I use them a lot as I love cooking , I would love to do a series with him one day .Well done Rick keep writing and thsnkyou

Rick Stein's long weekends

I bought this based on the t.v serial but although the photographs are excellent which is why it was rated at all the lay out of the recipes I don't like. The recipe for peach pie was NOT included in the book which is one of the reasons I bought the book. I very quickly got bored with the book. It's an irritating cookery book and to me cookery books ought to be functional and user friendly this is not.Read full review...
