Great for beginners Love this yoga dvd. This is my second time buying. First copy got scratched and stopped working and I loved it so much I had to get a new copy.

Yoga workout

I do not consider this a work-out at all. It is a waste of time and money. I will not use it again. There is no value to it at all. You may as well just watch a TV program for all the benefit you get out of this tape. I have had other yoga work-out CD's of Rodney Yee's that were excellent, but this one is worthless and a waste of my time.

I love this dvd! Rodney and Colleen are great instructors! They teach you the correct way to do the poses for beginners like me. They don't rush you through.
