Much faster boot up on lap top

I had a 1TB hdd drive in the new laptop I bought it worked ok but the boot up times were not that fast. I downgraded in size to a 500gb samsung evo 860 ( cheap skate I know ) but I did not think I need any more in a laptop Well the beauty with samsung is that you can download software from them for free that makes the change so easy. I downloaded their data migration software and their magician software as well. The date migration software can clone your existing drive to your new ssd drive so you can use the ssd as your main drive. This software is fantastic and is very easy to use it does a great job. Once I had cloned my drive a process that took only about 20 minutes I installed the ssd into my laptop. Then boot time was 1/4 of the time the original was and the laptop runs much faster in its use. Faster and Quieter

Comes as just the drive extras are needed to fit into 3.5 inch carrier or mounting ie srcews and plate found the software from samsung site to Clone but couldnt get it to clone so used another cloning software there were problems with security software to sort out afterwards, now working well,computer now loads faster and a lot less noise coming from it which was very annoying with the old mechanical hard drive.Read full review
