No longer usable after latest update
I had three Yale locks connected to the hub and after an application update at the end of July the code is broken. I have deleted and excluded the locks to reinstall and it detects the product as a zwave lock but I am unable to see the battery status and it no longer shows if it is locked or unlocked and unable to perform any functions. Looking for another product to control my Yale locks. Anyone have any suggestions?Read full review

Bad Ethernet Port Spoils What Would Have Been a Good Deal
Was disappointed to find the wired ethernet port does not function on this unit. There is not a good wi-fi signal i the location I want to install this so I really can't use it at all.

It works.
My ebay experience was flawless. The SmartThings hub works fine on WiFi, but I have not been able to get it to work on Ethernet. I would give it 5 stars if changing network settings was easier.

Great smart home hub!
I was apprehensive, moving almost 20 smart devices around my home from a Wink hub v1 to SmartThings. It turns out, the SmartThings was much easier than the Wink, much faster, and with much better support. It's a win-win-win. And there's a huge amount of power just waiting to be tapped in the SmartThings, should I want to use it.Read full review

Best option out there
The Samsung Hub is much faster and more reliable than the Wink. It has all the automatons that I would want. The only downside is that not all my smart devices are compatible but that's not really the hubs fault as the industry is splitting from the original idea of a central hub and communication standard so all devices can integrate together.Read full review

Works great with a moderate learning curve
After some set up issues (figuring out that the hub needs to be added in the ST app, learning that it will connect via Wi-Fi, learning how to correctly add the hub, and finally how to connect my Bali shades) everything worked as expected. There were no extra apps or programming needed. Integrates with Alexa seamlessly and I was easily able to include my window shades in my existing routines.Read full review

SmartThings Hub V3P01
Good product as advertised. The hub allows for connecting different automation within my home with reasonable effort. The only weakness I experienced is not being able to change the wireless configuration after initial setup easily.Read full review

Happy with the purchase
This is working great . I had to reset it to factory settings before connecting to my network.
