Why do phones need to introduce new models every year? Truly a waste of resources, money, time!

Overall performance of this phone is a step backwards from my S8. Yes, specs are impressive but as far as functioning as a practical communication tool for me during my work day, the S20 has failed me. Can't get the calling over wi-fi to activate, (hours online with tech support), has to be on a charger throughout the day or it won't last. No LED for notifications, you have to fire up the screen to see if you've missed a call or message! Why did they move the volume up/dn buttons? Now they are all on one side of case and you have to use two hands for some functions. I will adapt, however it is just another disappointing 'upgrade' that forces features I don't want or need and degrades the primary functions of the product. Read full review...

High quality device for a reasonable price,

The phone is in almost perfect condition. As far as I can tell, the battery life is good as new. I was surprised by how much better the screen and picture quality has improved over my old S-10+. it is about 10-15mm taller and about 3mm wider than my S-10+ but it still fits in my pocket. Definitely a handful

First off, the battery life is excellent and fast charging from 10% to full in 1 hour. The camera is a beast. Night mode is awesome and at 30 times zoom, the pic's are clear. At 100 times you really need a tripod and a remote shutter. This camera has a lot of potential for the serious photographer. The lenses are near impossible to keep from touching while handling the phone so they are always getting smudges. While holding the phone with 1 hand, and your little finger on the bottom it feels top heavy and feels like it wants to tip forward. I do have an ArmadilloTek case on it which is heavy duty to protect the phone. At $1400.⁰⁰ i think it is quite pricey, but it should be the last one I buy for quite some time. I think this phone has all the bells and whistles that you could want in a smart phone. I don't have any regrets for buying it but if you have small hands, this phone is definitely a handful.

LAST Good phone from Samsung

So far works like a charm. It does have an micro SD card slot unlike the newer model. Samsung is missing the boat taking that option away in my opinion. Hooking up with T-Mobile was a breeze. Note you do have to go into the store for the Sim card. But I came over from Sprint so it was good to meet the staff in the store.Read full review...
