Great phone, long battery, awesome camera.

Great phone overall, amazing camera and really good battery life. My wife has the iPhone 11 and now wants to switch as well. My only complaint is be the price, my first car cost less than this phone!
The camera definitely took some getting used to. Finger print sensor is a bit touchy at times, high humidity or having slightly dirty hands it won't register well.

nice pocket/purse security band shockproof water resistant case with screen scratch protection.. fast

it's a good protector far as the chassis goes, however this is not a hard glass protector so if you're used to breaking screens I suggest a gorilla glass then a cover, this has a flexible screen cover with a fingerprint port works well for moisture repellant and quick drops into water, wouldn't leave it its more water resistant than proof, has good solid tight seal and good shock absorption to protect chassis, again gorilla glass if you're screen damage prone..

it also has a nice security band to wrap around your wrist when in heavy traffic so someone cannot come by and swipe it which is nice to have if you live in cali where they grab em at bus stops and sidewalks.. some Asian countries they drive by on scooters too.. wrap band around your wrist and if anyone grabs it use your free hand to grab em and haul em into the authorities..

all in all it does what its supposed to do, the touch near the edge requires a little more touch no biggie you get used to it you can also turn sensitivity up mine is real low i don't like false touches..

far as bulky its a grippy material so it helps it on dashboards and slick surfaces the S20 ultra is SLIPPERY so it needs at least little rubber pads stuck to it.. its not streamline how can it be and do its job? but at the same time it's not huge I would say it's 3/16th or so larger all the way around, has to be or it wont work.. great purse/pocket protection and shock protection IMHO..

I give it a 5 for what it does and its material and craftsmanship, the tolerance are tight so its take a bit to take it apart but I have done it 3-4 times and no issues, goes perfectly tight again, cleans easily as well and takes good pics, you could use a razor and remove the screen over the cams if you don't like cleaning em up before pics, but then you have your screen exposed?

if I am ina spot where I want ultimate pics I will remove it from case, take pics, put back in case, it appears this can be taken out and back in many times, good design for that but you'll need some fingernail its tight.. DeeRead full review

Good Phone But Not Unlocked Completely

This phone is nice and in good shape. However it was supposed be Factory Unlocked, but it is not totally unlocked. I was supposed to activate it on Xfinity, but it is not compatible with their network. It works fine on Verizon, but now I can't switch to Xfinity and save $120 a month. Not a b class more like a d class!

They claimed that it was a b class phone, I bought a b class phone from another company. It was immaculate, no scratches and little to no visible scratches. That phone should have been rated a d class at best. The screen looks like it was wiped with sand paper instead of a soft cloth. It's clear that they have no idea of the rating system b class. It should look like the other phone I bought. Not like the one that they sent with scratches on front and back of phone!Read full review
