Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4
I have had my eye on this tablet for quite some time now but was always more than I was willing to pay for it. That all changed when I found a deal on here to good to pass up. First let me say that the screen is gorgeous, it is by far the best screen I've seen on a tablet. It's very easy to use and has a lot of outstanding features on it. There is some bloatware that I have no use for, but it's not in my way I just don't have a use for some of the apps. My space is kinda full now but am waiting for my memory card to arrive so I can move my apps and my music to an SD card.

Great When It Works
Love the tablet when it's calm; however, it has a habit of rebooting itself for no apparent reason. From what I read, many other owners have the same problem. Seems like Samsung ought to step up and do something for its customers. The consensus is there's a soldering problem with the battery connection.Read full review

My 2nd Galaxy Tab S
I have tried different tablets from Apple to Zenon. Samsung has replaced Nexus as my favorite.
The Samsung Amoled display is the brightest and clearest of any tablet I have used. My first was the 10.5 which is amazing for both function and clarity. I use it for reading and movie watching mostly. It is a little bit awkward because of its size. Not handy to carry, but great for desk top or lounge chair use. This new one, the Tab S 8.4" is very nearly perfect. It has the same fast processors, graphics, 3gb ram and cameras as the larger cousin and is much more easily carried. The16 gb model leaves about 12.6 gigs of storage after the operating system loads and is slotted for up to 128gbs of micro sb storage (not included). My only complaint is with the tendency of all manufacturers to load proprietary software (bloatware) on top of the already great Android operating system, but.... They ALL do it to some degreeRead full review

if you prefer very high quality no matter what the battery life is, this one is good for you.
if you prefer very high quality no matter what the battery life is, this one is good for you. it still nice for me although i always use save battery mode and low resolution. come with many android goody which can be too much. the first time use is laggy and annoying but if work quite well after i try to config for an hour. a lil bit heavier than my old one but still fine to handle in one hand. nice camera and work well with old sd card. nothing much more significantly special noticable so i think it's still too expensive to bought in full price.Read full review

Samsung Galaxy Tab S SM-T700
I purchased this reconditioned tablet on ebay through a seller in the US for an excellent price. I had investigated tablets online and particularly wanted this one for it's features. My main concern was that it may not charge and work properly coming from another country. I was also concerned purchasing a reconditioned item offshore without being able to check it out first. Well l needn't have worried. It works beautifully and lives up to all the features promised.Read full review

Well Above Average
First off, thanks to sspfarm for this tablet. It arrived exactly as described a day earlier than expected and works perfectly out of the box.
This tablet is great for the "above average" android user. The touchscreen responds fast to taps. Games run smoothly but there are some that are a little lower on frame rate due to the screens high resolution. And you can immediately update this tablet up to android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow).
Overall this tablet was a great investment and I love how thin but heavy it is. The only reason I didn't give it a 5th star is because no electronic device is ever perfect.Read full review

Samsung Tab S Tablet, WiFi only.
Absolutely no problems with this Tablet. Easy to use, easy to carry. Great screen quality. I would give it a 5-star rating, if the Android Operating system was up gradable. I like the fact that you can increase storage with a micro SD card.Read full review

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is the perfect size, I can hold it in one hand while I use it. The screen has a responsive touch and the resolution is bright and clear. I use my tablet for both home and work; I have had no problems downloading, installing and using all the necessary apps I need. I am very happy with this tablet and my purchase. Quality tablet
This tablet is the top of the line in tablets.
The picture quality is fabulous in photo's as well as video's. Very fast operating system in the Marshmallow Android system. Really like it
in the smaller tablet size. Have had other small
Tablets, but not even close to this quality.
Would recommend buying this model if you want the best.Read full review

Perfect sUAS Display Screen
I bought two of these specific model tablets for dedicated use as the displays and user interface elements of my DJI Inspire 1 v2.0 Small Unmanned Aerial System (sUAS) I just upgraded to. With my other remotely piloted aircraft I have been employing a shared Amazon Fire 7" tablet for the same purpose. The screen on the Amazon Fire works great when indoors or in low light environments. However when trying to view while in the any brightly lit locations, even when set to the maximum brightness setting, it is extremely difficult to see what is being displayed on the screen. For many tablet chores, this is simply an inconvenience. When you are trying to use them as displays when flying sUAS, it can get very dangerous.
I was ready to replace the Fire with a used iPad Air, hearing for years how superior the screen was to anything else out there. However, after some digging, my initial thoughts were looking more and more erroneous. The conclusions were interestingly consistent when made by those looking to use the tablets for the same purpose. This model was listed in multiple reviews and tests as the brightest screen and most effective tablet to use as a sUAS display.
They were right, and I'm glad I went with this. The Fire is adequate for use in many applications. But this Samsung is 2-3 levels up, and extremely capable.Read full review
