Great product, but not right for every job

If your septic pipe flange is level with the bathroom floor, or up to 1/4 above, this product may work well. However, it will not work with flanges higher than 1/4, as the ring is not as "form fitting" as a wax ring. I ended up using a wax ring.Read full review

Defective for the purpose of

If you look at the picture it looks as if the seal has a long lip to meet the flange. I does not. If you look at similar products that SHOWS both sides you would see the lip.
Now I have to waste time returning it.
