Western made rpg
Square made this rpg specifically for the NA market. At the time JRPG’s we’re a niche genre and not extremely popular. Secret of evermore was made to appeal to Us audiences and it did just that. This is one of my favorite all time games, with a great potion crafting mechanic, compelling story and unique gameplay, this is a game that all rpg lovers should try at least once. Read full review

Great Retro Game
This game has a compelling, but the characters are bland at times. The graphics for the era of the game are excellent. There is a magic system based on the use of alchemy which is different and refreshing. True to form Squaresoft, now square enix, put out a great game for this console. Brings back memories
An often overlooked gem on the SNES when it comes to Squaresoft games. Anyone who's played Secret of Mana will immediately be familiar with some the gameplay mechanics. But I think this game brings more than enough to the table to easily stand on it's own. Highly recommended.Read full review
