Expandable rack.
Made very poorly. Looks nice though. Definitely can not put anything heavy on it. Maybe hang necklaces or something very light weight on it.

They are to small. Normal size hat racks are bigger. You can’t even use all the hooks for hats because they made the hat rack to small
