Great cartridge
I’m not going in to detail so here it goes! First the bass is tight and punchy . The highs are detailed and crisp. Got it mounted on a VPI CLIFFWOOD Turntable, Yamaha receiver, sim audio phono preamp and Klipsch 600m speakers. It sounds killer .I like jazz , but also like Pink Floyd ,AC/DC and the Beatles. This cartridge plays them well it’s like a multi tool . But if you have a record that sounds bad it will let you know.. I would definitely recommend this cartridge.. Audiophile sound for entry level money
What a great cartridge. Confident and wide, it can handle baroque to pop as if it were designed for them separately. Super impressed, safely received direct from Japan! If you're thinking ortofon blue, then maybe think Shelter 201. Warm and punchy without harsh highs, it is highly recommended. My soundstage became almost visual, really very impressed!
