A defining Dreamcast experience
Shenmue is a game I've always been interested in, but finally being able to play it I can say it's an absolutely compelling adventure. If you need a game that shows you just what the Dreamcast was capable of when pushed to its limits, this is it. The game is admittedly a bit of a slow burn, but its structure and story keep this game in my mind whenever I'm not playing it. Real life becomes 'time spent not playing Shenmue', and that's the right kind of game an RPG should be. Highly recommended.Read full review
