This machine is excellent and simple to use. It is good for heavier canvas work and regular fabric work. If you want a true heavy duty leather and canvas machine, you need to look at a true walking foot machine such as made by SailRite. I bought this machine for my wife after adjusting one for a friend , the adjustment was only necessary because her children had loosened some screws, I watched you tubes on this machine and was so impressed that I bought one to replace my wife's 40 year old Kenmore. sewing had become such a chore with it she had all but stopped sewing, as soon as I got this one out of the box , she started sewing and sewed for two hours and started dragging out unfinished projects from years past, she loves this new machine, the machine is great because of the built in needle threader, all the stitches at the touch of a dial, and the ability to sew inside sleeves is a huge plus for this machine, also the easy push button that disengages the machine to wind the bobbin is the best ever, couldn't be more pleasedRead full review...
