Best defunct piece of equipment I have ever purchased, and I have it al...from wax cylinders to digital "media" on the computer. It's probably a good thing I didn't have one of these 25 years ago...Awesome! Minidisc is the sheet! I also purchased a couple hundred discs and have been going thru the music that was left for me "erase". Best music format ever! This is a very early model or first stage of the mini disc era.

It plays original cd's but does not play recorded cd's, The Mini disc will not play LP recorded disc but if you record a mini disc from the cd it will play back what you recorded.
