Product is not fully functional

When I received the product it came with an audio cable instead of the AV cable that should have come with it. No big deal. So I ordered a new AV cable for this make and model. The cable arrived a few days ago. Much to my dismay I can get sound from the device but not the picture. So I am stuck watching the tapes on the flip-out viewer that is designed to use when recording, not viewing. The device itself seems to be of good quality but it does not fill the one need I have and that is to be able to transfer 8mm video to DVD or MP4.Read full review

I got the camera, used it for viewing 4 tapes. Now it won't open or do anything. What a ripoff!!!!!

As I said above, I gor the camera, played 4 tapes on it. It stoped working. What a RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!
