Would buy refurb/seconds again from Sony
Product looks like new. Very satisfied. As expected, better sound quality and noise cancelling than my Bose qc20 in ear noise cancelling earphones.

Simply the best.
These are quite literally the best ANC headphones I’ve ever used. The end! The sound quality is very nice, not up there with my studio/pro ‘cans but, these aren’t competing with high end pro gear, so can’t fault them there.

Very happy with these headphones. I also have a set of Sennheiser PXC 550. Comparing the two, the sound quality is very similar, however these have more noticeable bass, and possibly a tiny bit louder. All in all a great set. Highly recommendedRead full review

Find it difficult sometimes when I want play from a different device (e.g switching between phone and laptop). Need to unpair and pair to other devices as it just refuses to connect
Once connected to a device and you hear the confirmation it takes another few seconds before you can play something. If you play right away, it starts playing on the device (laptop or phone) the seconds late moves to the headphones. Could be annoying when at work.

Best noise cancelling headphones.
This is my second pair of these headphones (first pair bought for work) and I can't recommend them highly enough. The noise cancelling blocks out the incessant sound of the photocopier, as well as being able to use them for noise protection whilst mowing my lawns. Nice headphones
Slightly uncomfortable when wearing for a long time, but I do wear glasses and easily get headaches when headphones are tight (the only one I found so far that doesn't do this is the original Sony PS4 headphones).
This was my first noise cancelling headphone, so I don't have a point of comparison, but I like the function and I think it does well. It helps me at work when it gets noisy and I need to concentrate.
Visually, it looks better than the pictures, and I'm glad I got the black one, as it looks very classy with the rose-y gold bits.
Also like the case that came along with it (didn't expect that).
