Love Melissa McCarthy & the other actors in this movie
This was so much fun to watch, exciting, engaging and funny. Melissa McCarthy is fabulous and all the characters do an amazing job. I purchased this DVD because Melissa was in it and it was even better entertainment than I expected. Melissa's husband did a cameo scene. Lots of action scenes and story was easy to follow. Funny, smart, but can we talk like grown-ups, please?
My husband and I enjoyed the James Bond-like characters, story line and music, but found the language and jokes to be pretty immature and eventually tiresome. Three characters were written to have foul mouths: the heroine's boss, a fellow agent and the lady-villain. They were amusing because in a Bond film, their inappropriate language would never have been allowed. But then the soft-spoken, likeable heroine came out of her shell and turned into a somewhat unpleasant she-devil who swore like a sailor and had very long-winded insults for everyone who looked at her cross-eyed. We were supposed to be happy for her finding herself, but it became tiresome and embarrassing to listen to her rants. The joke was that she'd been repressed by an overbearing mother which caused her to be an introverted under-achiever. Unfortunately, this character turned into someone deserving of even more punishment.
Who's your favorite Simpsons character? Homer or Flanders? Mine is Flanders. I'd rather be more like him and live next door to him than Homer. Our heroine went from a sweet, kind-hearted Flanders to Homer Simpson, combined with Mo Szyslak, the mean-spirited bartender, with a gun and a license to kill.
The movie is worth a watch for good action and some very fun characters and dialogue, but if you're over the junior high, potty mouth phase, you'll grow weary of it here.

Foul language
This is a movie I saw on TV at one time. I enjoyed it so much I wanted the DVD. Apparently the bad language was filtered out on the TV show but not in the DVD. I detest foul language and I probably will not watch this DVD again. I’m disappointed in Melissa McCarthy as it appears, I’m told, all her movies use foul language. Shame on actors and producers who feel this is the only way to make a movie. To me it just shows their ignorance. Read full review

This is such a funny movie. Be warned they have a scene that shows a male appendage but other than that this is a really funny movie. I think the actors did an excellent job, especially Melssa McCarthy and Jason Statham. In fact, I loved the way Jason portrayed his character, just too funny. A dirty mouth movie!
