standard Process products are always the finest quality. These were purchased to give to my 17 year old cat that is beginning to show kidney disease signs. I grind them in a mortar and add about a 1/4 teaspoon to kittys moist food. Have not noticed any changes yet but other reviews claim that this product helped their cats kidneys.Read full review

Renafood helps cat with kidney failure

I'd read about the improvements that other owners of CKF (chronic kidney failure) cats had seen in the their cats given Renafood so I decided to give it a try for my cat. The results astonished me, quite frankly. Within days of giving my little cat (2.75 kg weight) one quarter of a tablet daily she was more like her old self than she had been in a long, long time; she was back to her usual chatty, talkative self, brighter and more alert than she had been in ages, and the breath and body smell associated with the late stages of CKF had disappeared. After only 2 weeks of use I am amazed and incredibly grateful, and I hope the improvements continue.
