Good product with light application. I would only recommend a larger handle as i have had some difficulty holding the applicator with my slightly aging stiff fingers and have dropped the entire bottle several times because of this. Since puffy eyes may be a symptom of aging along with stiff or arthritic fingers a larger design might be advisable.
