Reasonably priced and works very well
This was one of the cheaper models that we looked at and so far it seems to work very well. One excellent feature is that you can easily remove a fitting which exposes the grinding mills and brush off any coffee blocking the grinders, which you are recommended to do every 3 weeks or so. The only feature which doesn't work very well is the catching container, and if you leave it in situ, the coffee grounds aren't all caught by the receptacle which leaves a mess. This is simple to remedy though if you just hold the container directly under the rubber nozzle then all the ground coffee is caught as it is ejected from the machine. Overall we would recommend the Sunbeam Grindfresh Coffee Grinder.Read full review

Ok not Fine
Simple to use burr grinder but does not do a ‘fine’ grind. In fact, there is barely any noticeable difference in output between low and high grind settings.
My Rhino burr grind (manual) is far superior for expresso grind quality.Read full review

Satisfied with the product. Better than I was expecting.
The grinder was easy to unbox and assemble. I only had to look to the instructions for one thing—how to turn it on. The Grinder is activated by pressing on a small stud where the cup or expresso handle would go.
The only thing I would have liked, now that I have used this particular grinder (and a Burr Grinder for the first time) is a timer. I mentally count to 12 (the number I have worked out as best for my apparatus) but I would prefer just being able to set a timer for 10 or 12 seconds and let it go.
Also, the plastic parts of the base generate static electricity attracting coffee dust. That's annoying. I might try rubbing it with a dryer sheet.Read full review

Great grind but difficult to get grounds out.
Grinds beans really well - particles seem fairly consistent to the naked eye (have not sifted them to check).
I clean mine using a vacuum cleaner because while the top burr is removable, the bottom is not - this is unfortunate as coffee gets stuck there and it's difficult to get at even with the provided brush.
The vacuum works well, so that is fine.
Hopper has a locking mechanism at the bottom so you can take it off with beans still inside - it won't spill its contents all over the counter.
The biggest drawbacks are:
- the bottom of the spout is always open to the outside air; meaning air can always get in through the bottom to the coffee. Therefore I rarely fill the hopper entirely and just dose the amount of beans I need when I brew.
- some coffee always gets stuck inside the cavity when grinding - I have to bang really hard on the back of the machine to get the grounds out.
In a future version they should design the inside cavity better to allow the grounds to slide more freely out of the machine.
Regardless, it is so cheap this is well worth the money for the quality of grind. Read full review

Good value grinder, versatile
This is the best value conical burr grinder I could find. Cleaning isnt easy but I dont think any are.. a few tapps over the sink and most remaining grind falls out.

A Godsend
Having used a cheap regular grinder, I was dissatisfied with the quality of coffee I was getting from my Breville infuser. After buying this machine the coffee is almost better then cafes. The machine is simple to set up, easy to use, and has a handy booklet that gives recommended settings for different style coffee makers. Best investment I made, upgrading to this.Read full review

Grinds will but messy
It grinds well and the levels of grinding are great but it's very messy. Fine bits of coffee tend to fly around. It would be better if there was a hole in the lid that the nozzle can go through. (I made one myself and it cuts out a lot of the flying grounds) I was a bit disappointedRead full review

Great grinder
Very easy to use and grinds coffee well, especially at this price. It's a little messy but I just use a big round bowl to grind into and just have to be careful. But that's a minor issue that doesn't detract from my 5 star rating.Read full review

Good grinder for the price
Easy to set up and use.
Coffee grinds tends to spray out of the spout which can get messy.
When I first set it up the grinder would not adjust to fine. Took a lot of fiddling to get it to work but is OK now.
For the price I am very happy with itRead full review
