if you spay on 5 or 6 generous sprays depending on how long you want to last and wait 10 min wipe it off with a wet wipe or something, you could even take a shower and the sensitivity will stay suppressed. It last over a hour depending on how much you use.
I suggest taking a quick shower if your planning on her giving Oral.
