I never use anything else !

I never use any other brand of Hair, Skin, Nails by Swisse. I have been using it for a long time. When I first started using it my nails kept splitting and they had ridges all over them but I do have 2 stubborn nails that get ridges but the other's are so much healthier. do not go without, otherwise my hair breaks

I have taken hair, skin and nails on and off but believe me, when i don't, my hair is brittle, dry and does not grow well. helps reduce hair loss and split ends.
