You Better be Good...Really Good

I am no piker when it comes to computer hardware/software configuration. It defeated me. I cannot get it to work for my daughter who desperately needs it. I couldn't configure it. She couldn't configure it.

Now she is making an appointment with a tech from TP to try to configure it over the phone.

So far nada.

And it did work great I’m very happy with it!
