Great product!

The modem is easy to setup and just plain works. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now with no issues using it with my Asus RT-AC86u router, so my first impression is good, and only time will tell if it will last. The standup design will definitely help as it’s less likely to have as much dust accumulation as other modems that lay flat and allow gravity to pile on the dust. At least this is my theory. I wish they would have asked me to review this the day after I bought it but now it's probably 2 weeks later.But I was up and running within I'd say-a hour because I also bought a router also. Wow, I can't believe how easy it was to set up. When I say set up, I mean literally just plugging it in and turning it on. I will confirm it works with Blueridge Cable. The one I bought was discounted because the box was "damaged". Yes there was a tiny wrinkle in the outside cardboard. There was no effect on the modem itself. I'm a very happy camper.
