Buy the v2 model

The older v2 TEG-S80g is excellent. Mine have worked flawlessly for years. They have a sturdy metal case and use little power. The v2 model includes 100/1000 speed indicators on all ports and has mounting holes in the case. Trendnet removed those important features from the new v3 models! To avoid disappointment, don't buy the new model. Find a used v2 model.Read full review

you need v1.0 or v2.0 with metal case and all the leds , ( v2.1 ? may have jumbo frames problems)

but no ver3. v3.0 has
plastic housing and half the leds.
