I HAVE recommended and boast about the entire machine
It is very well built, easy to put together, even fun to use. I am 67 years young and get on it daily for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. The strap system is also a plus, easy to set and the foot / ankle lock downs are tremendous.Read full review

The title states what it does, inverts you!
I'm old and was able to put this together. Also with it coming in parts w/it's on tools i was able to handle the pieces. So far so good. My only complaint is the list of reasons why you SHOULD NOT use this item. Fortunately I am able to use it but would have been very angry if after opening it all up and reading all instructions I found it would be against my health to use it.
This list of problems should be well stated right up front and in bold writing. I read the add and re read the add and never saw any drawbacks.
Any eye, ear, nasal or balance condition, vertigo, motion sickness, inner ear disease, digestive condition, high blood pressure and plenty more conditions listed, do not use.
I believe this is useful, you need plenty of room, (check out the photo) I feel safe and secure using it on my own. it seems very sturdy and smooth operating.
Just be sure to find out if you are truly able to use this item as I wouldn't want to have to pack this up and ship it back! Wow, that would be a problem.Read full review

Great Device
The plastic square that guides the extendable foot pegs, is weak and mine was already cracked prior to putting the piece in the slot. This is the only bad thing I can say about the product..
Over all, it is a great add to my home gym and everyone who comes to my house loves using it.
Great product, I would definitely invest in one if I did not have this one, especially for the price.Read full review

Teeter X3 Inversion Table Review
The boxed table weighs about 70 lbs and some people may have trouble moving it to an open assembly area. The final assembly breaks down into three units that can easily be moved or transported in a car. The unit folds and easily stored.
Assembly took me about one hour because I read all the paperwork and use instructions before starting to assemble. The instructions are on several sheets and a video as well as phone support. There are six Allen head bolts for the hinge/handle Assy and two bolts for the table to frame Assy. I used a c clamp to pull the table to the frame in order to slip the bolts in place. The table is well made.
The table seems to help my back problems but I have used it for about 3 weeks.Read full review

Inversion tables rock!!
Works like a charm.. Easy to get into and invert. Very comfortable, though when I added the little colored knobbies in just the right places on the back of the table I lay on, they hurt... which is good!! Hits those trigger points nice. Probably the only thing is the handlebars to assist getting back upright are a little awkward to fully grab and use to pull back up. Primarily because the other handles at the top to push on for added stretching power are a bit in the way of being able to grab the bars to assist getting upright. Setting the balance seems to be either in favor of easier inverting or returning upright. But it's not like either way is difficult to get into or out of no matter which I favor. But neither is too far off if one is favored over the other.
I had a previous non-Teeter one which was a good one, but gave it to an ailing family member, so I ended up buying this Teeter which was almost twice the price even as blemished (no big deal it is blemished btw), Spending the extra dollars may or may not be worth it, but I'm happy I bought the Teeter as it is a bit more comfortable with the flex table back and not quite as bulky. Actually sort of wish I'd bought the X9 one over this (maybe). Overall, an inversion table maybe the best health purchase I ever invested in!! A life changer...
Seller was Teeter themselves and they shipped right on time for free.Read full review

Great, well made product
Shipment was fast. The product is very well made. I would like to get a cushion from Teeter at some time also. Had wanted the inversion table for years but could not afford one at the time. Nice finally having one now.Read full review

blemishes? what blemishes?
The blemishes, as their QC dept may categorize, didn't bother me a bit. They were so minor and not relevant to the Teeter device itself. Its a great table that relieves back pain and pressures points you didn't even know you had. Sciatica no more for me. Well worth the money and at much cheaper price.Read full review
