Not as good as I expected.

Firstly, the handle can get so hot that it's hard to hold (the glove is not included for Australia). Secondly, the clips that hold the top of the pants are very hard to get to and difficult to open. Extremely hard for someone with arthritis. The attachment that pleats the front of the pants is not included for Australia so you don't get the pleat on suit trousers. Thirdly, shirts are not pressed as well as ironing and collar is hard to get to. The screen that pulls down to support the garments is flimsy. The overall height of the unit is not tall enough to accommodate longer items like dresses without them touching the ground, and even though I am short, I still have to squat down to reach the bottom of the trouser legs.
All in all, I am disappointed with this steamer as I expected a better result from something with a price tag of $200.00.Read full review

Rough structure

Hose is stiff, steam head could not hooked on the rack, easy to slip off, whole structure is wambling, paid $199 for that, not worth it.
